Would be there a difference in a child development, if ...?

... a man impregnate a woman when he was 30 years old, and when he is 55 years old and lets say both times it was the same healthy 25 years old woman. So basically I need an answer if the man's sperm and his physical qualities get worse with age or the age doesn't matter?
